After having to remove a shard of metal from his eye, the “Riverdale” star, 23, now had to get stitches for a head injury sustained while filming his new movie, “Songbird.”

“I split my head open yesterday…I don’t know if you guys can see that but I have two stitches in there, metal stitches,” he said on his Instagram story this week while showing off the staples in his head.

He also shared two photos on his Instagram grid, one of him appearing to receive medical attention and another showing off his T-shirt that has bloodstains on it.

“stunts..” he captioned the grisly pictures.

Fortunately, the New Zealand-born actor is just fine.
