The Hamptons are ready to open for the summer — if you’re rich enough.

Chris Burch, an investor and former husband of designer Tory Burch, is renting out his sprawling luxury Southampton mansion for $425,000 for three months starting May 1.

Despite pleas from Hamptons officials for people from populated areas such as New York City to stay away, the summer-rental market seems to be in full swing. Burch’s 7,000-square-foot pad in the exclusive estate section on First Neck Lane features nine bedrooms and 11 bathrooms, a library, vaulted ceilings, exposed beams, sprawling landscaped gardens, a tennis court and a gunite pool with a fully stocked guest house. The house is available from May 1 to July 31 for $425,000.

Billionaire Burch, the founder and CEO of Burch Creative Capital and the co-founder of Tory Burch LLC, sold most of his 28.3 percent stake in her fashion brand in late 2012 for $650 million.

And he won’t be homeless: In February, he bought a Miami Beach mansion for $14 million. He’s also invested in developer Alan Faena’s projects, including the Faena Hotel, known as the Billionaire Bunker.
