        <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Rapper Hurricane Chris &#8212; best known for his debut single &#8220;A Bay Bay&#8221; &#8212; has been busted for allegedly fatally shooting a man in Louisiana, according to media reports.</p><p>The rapper, whose given name is Christopher Dooley Jr., was hit with a second-degree murder rap for shooting dead a man at a Texaco gas station in Shreveport, Louisiana, <strong>TMZ reported</strong>.</p><p>Cops told the site that Dooley originally said he acted in self-defense, shooting the man multiple times in a struggle over his car.</p><p>But after police reviewed surveillance footage of the deadly incident, they came to a different conclusion and arrested him, the outlet reported.</p><p>The car that Dooley told cops was his had actually been reported stolen. He was hit with an additional charge for possession of stolen property, according to TMZ.</p><p>Dooley, a native of Shreveport, dropped the album &#8220;51/50 Ratchet&#8221; in 2007, which sold 60,000 copies in its first week.</p></p></div></p></div>]]></content:encoded>
