        <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Rapper Casanova was among the guests at a <strong>New Jersey mansion rager</strong> that drew some 300 people &#8212; and the ire of neighbors &#8212; before cops shut it down over the weekend, The Post has learned.</p><p>The <strong>Brooklyn-born rapper was snapped</strong> at the wild Alpine, NJ, party on Saturday with hundreds flaunting coronavirus restrictions until cops broke it up.</p><p>&#8220;Family ties s/o @casanova_2x for pulling up to the Lavish pool party we gotta chop it up king,&#8221; promoter Lavis Terry posted on Instagram.</p><p>The &#8220;Don&#8217;t Run&#8221; rapper, born Caswell Senior, was pictured among the mask-less crowd at the party.</p><p>Dubbed &#8220;The Lavish Experience Pool Party,&#8221; neighbors said it was just the latest massive gathering in the well-to-do Jersey community, with several saying party buses typically pull up to the rented manse.</p><p>&#8220;It&#8217;s been happening all summer,&#8221; one neighbor said Tuesday. &#8220;The owner of the house doesn&#8217;t care, the mayor doesn&#8217;t care. There&#8217;s cursing, loud music, drugs.&#8221;</p><p>Attorney Jose LaBarbiera, who is listed as the owner of the Hemlock Drive house, did not return calls seeking comment.</p><p><em>Additional reporting by Doug Cortese</em></p>]]></content:encoded>
