Faith Rodgers — who sued the artist in 2018 claiming during their year-long relationship he would lock her up when she didn’t adequately sexually please him — is also asking for a trial to take place to determine the damages that Kelly should have to pay her, according to papers filed by her lawyer in Manhattan Supreme Court Wednesday.

And Rodgers — who claims she only found out Kelly had herpes after he gave it to her — wants the judge to order him not to engage in sexual activity with anyone unless he discloses his STD to them first, the court documents say.

Rodger says that, to date, the papers that Kelly has submitted in the case don’t contain “any denials of the truth of the allegations … and any affirmative defense,” and the deadline for such papers were due in December, say the court papers filed by her lawyer Charles Tucker.

“By failing to respond to the allegations in the [lawsuit], R. Kelly has admitted to them,” and therefore the judge should enter the default judgment against him, the court documents go on to claim.

The 53-year-old “I Believe I Can Fly” crooner — whose given name is Robert Kelly — is currently behind bars awaiting trial on sex crimes charges related to six women and girls.

Kelly also faces a criminal case in Chicago for allegedly producing child pornography and destroying evidence.

Kelly’s lawyer Thomas Farinella said, “I will be submitting opposition to the Plaintiff’s motion for default judgment against Mr. Kelly.”
