Love, 35, is asking the courts for full legal and physical custody of their two children, allowing the “One Wish” singer, 39, visitation rights through a mutually agreed-upon arrangement. She’s also requesting the singer pay child support and an order that she is not required to support him in any way, according to documents obtained by The Blast.

The mother of two filed divorce papers on May 7 in Los Angeles County Superior Court; Love and Ray had been married since November 2017. In November, she revealed that her husband left her and baby Melody stranded in Las Vegas — while she was eight months pregnant with Epik — after an argument. While he has since acknowledged his mistake and apologized, the ship has clearly sailed.

The pair discussed the game-changing Vegas trip during a four-part series on Zeus, with Princess accusing Ray of leaving the strip club with a few of its dancers — which he denied.
