        <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Another (tangential) member of the royal family caught the <strong>coronavirus.</strong></p><p><strong>Princess Eugenie</strong>&#8216;s father-in-law, George Brooksbank, 71, is reportedly in intensive care with COVID-19, according to <strong>The Mirror</strong>, in &#8220;serious but stable&#8221; condition.</p><p>Eugenie and her husband Jack Brooksbank are said to be traumatized as a source told the paper: “George has been very sick but the whole family has been rallying round to help&#8221;.</p><p>George, a retired accountant, lives with his wife in Wandsworth, south London.</p><p>In March, <strong>Prince Charles</strong> announced he had contracted the Coronavirus &#8212; he has since recovered &#8212; while <strong>Andrew Parker Bowles</strong>, Camilla’s ex-husband is currently fighting the virus.</p><p>Meanwhile, Eugenie&#8217;s sister, Beatrice, has postponed her wedding reception to Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi over the coronavirus. The couple were due to wed in May at Chapel Royal in St. James&#8217;s Palace on May 29 and later feted by the Queen in a private reception at Buckingham Palace.</p><p>However plans are now being scaled back and the wedding may be postponed.</p>]]></content:encoded>
