Instead, Beatrice <strong>tied the knot in a secret ceremony</strong> on July 17 in front of only thirty guests, including her grandparents Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Phillip.</p><p>Prince Andrew, Beatrice&#8217;s father, <strong>was not pictured in any of the wedding photos</strong> released to the public.</p><p>However, according to <strong>The Telegraph</strong>, the Duke of York was reported to be in attendance at the ceremony, the first time it&#8217;s believed he has been with his parents, the Queen and Prince Phillip, since <strong>the arrest</strong> of his longtime pal Ghislaine Maxwell earlier this month. Maxwell is alleged to have introduced the royal to disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein.</p><p>The second son of the Queen, Andrew, 60, <span >has been under </span><strong>increased scrutiny for his friendship with Epstein.</strong></p>]]></content:encoded>
