After a week of desperately searching for his missing pooch, the “Pirates of the Caribbean” star confirmed the canine’s death on Wednesday.

“Mighty’s on the other side now. After 7 days of searching from sunrise to sunset and into the wee hours, today, the 7th day ~the number of completion~ we found his collar,” he wrote on Instagram.

“I have wept more this week than I thought possible, which has been very cathartic and healing … I left no stone unturned, crawled thru all the man holes, under the roads, searched every backyard and creek bed. Had two separate sniffer dogs do their best as well. I feel so grateful to have learned from my little Mighty man that love is eternal and the true meaning of devotion.

He continued, “I feel sure he was looking down on me whistling in every back yard and knowing that I was doing all I possibly could to respect our bond. He was more than a companion. It was a soul connection for sure. I’m sorry. I love you. Thank you. RIP my MIGHTY HEART my little fellow A ♠️’s.”

Alongside the touching tribute Bloom, 43, posted videos and photos of him getting a tattoo of his late dog’s name above a heart intertwined with an Ace symbol.

The actor also thanked the community for allowing him to search for Mighty, the “angels” of Dogs Day Search & Rescue and tattoo artist Scott Campbell.

Earlier this month Bloom pleaded for help finding his missing pint-sized poodle on Instagram confessing that his heart was “broken” over his disappearance.

While frantically searching, Bloom poured his heart out on Instagram saying he had never felt “so broken wide open.”

Mighty made headlines earlier this year when he accompanied the British-born actor to Milan Fashion Week in February

Bloom first got Mighty in 2017 during a split with now-fiancée Katy Perry, who is expecting their first child, People reported.
