The wife of “Waitress” actor Nick Cordero said he may not be able to walk again as he suffers from coronavirus.

Amanda Kloots posted on Instagram Thursday that her husband is on a ventilator and needs surgery on a blood flow issue in his right leg.

She is unsure if her husband will walk again after the procedure.

Cordero, 41, was recently diagnosed with coronavirus and has been fighting for his life in an intensive care unit.

“The surgery went well. The doctor said for Nick’s heart and lungs right now, they’re in the best condition that they could be,” Kloots said in her post.

“His right leg is still an issue. There has been some blood flow issues coming down to his foot.”

Kloots also mentioned that she wasn’t sure if he would be able to walk again and that there will probably be a lot of rehab in Nick’s future, but blood was returning to his toes.

This statement comes a day after she posted that doctors could not find a pulse in his leg and, in order to fully assess the toll that the COVID-19 virus had taken, they need Nick to regain consciousness.

Cordero has been in the hospital for over two weeks, where, after showing signs of recovery, his condition took a dramatic turn.
