Pass rushers are flying off the board in the opening minutes of the legal tampering period ahead of NFL free agency.

Shaq Barrett, a key piece of the Buccaneers’ Super Bowl-winning defense, told Josina Anderson that he is “going back” to Tampa Bay. The deal is for four years and up to $72 million, according to ESPN.com.

That means the Buccaneers will bring back three of their star players that were threats to leave the team. Linebacker Lavonte David re-signed with a two-year, $25 million deal, and Tampa put the franchise tag on star receiver Chris Godwin.

Two former Giants also got big paydays.

Romeo Okwara signed a three-year, $39 million deal to stay with the Lions after a 10-sack breakout season, NFL Network reported.

Markus Golden agreed to a two-year, $9 million deal with the Cardinals. Golden and the Giants failed to work out a long-term deal last offseason and they traded him during the season to Arizona. NFL Network first reported Golden’s deal.
