The business owner is requiring her to work in the office with co-workers, one of whom recently returned to work after testing positive for the virus.

They are making her use her personal time and continue to threaten her with her job if she doesn’t report to the office.

Is there an avenue you can recommend for reporting this business without my daughter getting terminated for being the cause of them getting reported?

Do it anonymously. Perhaps change your email address if that’s required on the filing. Or have a friend in New York City file it for you, since you are out of town.
