Jerry Blevins has called it a career.

After 13 seasons in the big leagues, the lefty reliever announced his retirement Tuesday. The 37-year-old had been pitching at the Mets’ alternate site to begin this season, after re-signing on a minor league deal over the winter.

Blevins, who last pitched in the majors in 2019 with the Braves, posted a 3.38 ERA with the Mets from 2015-2018.

“I’ve been all over the place emotionally since I made the decision a few night[s] ago. Mostly happy of course,” Blevins wrote in an announcement.
