Leah McSweeney may be New York City’s newest “Housewife,” but she’s already got everyone talking.

The Married to the Mob fashion designer, 37, has turned heads in designer looks like sheer Ida Klamborn bucket hats and Thierry Lasry sunglasses — both of which swiftly sold out — but Thursday night’s episode brought McSweeney’s biggest fashion moment yet: a tube dress covered in Lil’ Kim’s mugshot.

McSweeney rocked the Rxch-designed dress ($290) to Sonja Morgan’s fashion show with a neon Saint Laurent purse ($1,650) after refusing to wear the cashmere knit set ($195.95) Morgan had sent her before the event.

After the disastrous show, the “RHONY” newbie returned the sweatpants, pink fedora and sunglasses to her co-star in a plastic bag.

Even Dorinda Medley, who previously criticized McSweeney’s tattoos and streetwear style, admired her look, comparing it to a skirt she once wore with Mao Zedong’s face all over it.

Turns out, the love is mutual between McSweeney and Rxch designer Rainey Salih.

“I actually was a big fan of her brand, Married to The Mob, during my college years,” Salih, who watches the Bravo show, told Page Six Style via email after the episode. “So when she DM’d me about purchasing the dress, I was stoked. She’s a super sweet and supportive woman. Super inspiring!”

Salih added that she saw a major increase in sales on Thursday night, despite McSweeney’s Lil’ Kim-printed dress being an older style from the Spring 2019 collection.

Many Twitter users were delighted by the look — and immediately requested that Salih fashion a dress featuring the many mugshots of “RHONY” cast members like McSweeney, Luann de Lesseps, Tinsley Mortimer and Sonja Morgan.

They may just get their wish: “I’d totally be down,” Salih tells us.
