The movie star strolled around in nothing but a pair of low-rise board shorts, effectively showing off his rad dad bod.

The father of three was seen going for a boat ride, enjoying a snorkeling session and taking a dip in the clear blue ocean along the sandy shore.

He even used a selfie stick to document himself looking like a rugged washed-up merman.

It is unclear if McConaughey is in Hawaii for business or pleasure, but either way, the pleasure is all ours.
