Kristin Cavallari and Jay Cutler are finally on the same page.

Cavallari, 33, and Cutler, 37, reached agreements on two contentious points of their divorce: their children and their money.

Cavallari and Cutler agreed that the former “Laguna Beach” star can use their marital funds to purchase a new home, a source told People on Monday. Their three children, sons Camden, 7, and Jaxon, 5, and daughter Saylor, 4, will stay at their current home until Cavallari moves into the new property.

The kids will remain in the house while Cavallari and Cutler will switch off who stays with them once she settles into her new home.

Cavallari previously claimed that Cutler was blocking her from buying a new house.

The former couple agreed to be “joint primary residential parents,” and each will spend 182.5 days with the children each year. The former NFL pro will have the kids every other Friday after school until the following Friday after school.

They will alternate Easter, Thanksgiving and school breaks and split Christmas as well.

The documents obtained by People also dictate that each parent is entitled to two “unimpeded” phone calls per week while the children are with the other parent. The calls will be “at mutually convenient days and times while the children are with the other parent.”

Finally, the parents will have to agree on “any decision regarding the publicity or internet use for commercial purposes of the minor children.”

Cutler and Cavallari announced that they were divorcing on April 26 following a three-week quarantine trip in the Bahamas. The Uncommon James founder accused her soon-to-be-ex of “inappropriate marital conduct” in her filing.
