“Iso Zo” is back on his own.

Allonzo Trier, the undrafted Arizona guard whose promising rookie start earned him a two-year contract with the Knicks, was waived Friday, as the Knicks claimed former Nets wing Theo Pinson off waivers.

Pinson, 24, was waived by the Nets on Tuesday after appearing in 51 games with the team the past two seasons. Also undrafted, the 6-foot-5 Pinson, who won a national championship at North Carolina, averaged 3.9 points, 1.8 rebounds and 1.5 assists in 11.3 minutes per game with Brooklyn, while shooting 30.7 percent from the field. Pinson has a $1.7 million team option, which must be exercised by Oct. 17.

Trier, 24, made multiple teams regret passing on him in the 2018 draft after averaging 13.2 points on 44.8 percent 3-point shooting during his first full month with the Knicks, turning his two-way contract into a two-year, $7 million deal. But Trier’s isolation-heavy offense and sub-par defense led to his minutes falling from 22.8 as a rookie to 12.1 minutes in 24 games this season, during which he averaged 6.5 points, while shooting 35.8 percent on 3-pointers.

Seton Hall’s Romaro Gill had a Zoom meeting with the Knicks, according to a source.

— additional reporting by Zach Braziller
