While partying it up with her closest friends and family on a private island, the reality superstar appeared to wear a rare vintage look from Vivienne Westwood’s iconic Spring 1988 “Time Machine” collection, pieces from which have been displayed at London’s Victoria & Albert Museum and the Fashion Institute of Technology in NYC.

Kardashian donned a gold corset and matching miniskirt; a similar look from the collection is currently going for $9,970 on 1stdibs, while a single silver corset from the same show recently sold for $5,983.

Even the shapewear mogul’s shoes cost a pretty penny; her gilded Amina Muaddi “Henson” heels retail for $890.

This wasn’t Kardashian’s only birthday outfit, either. Prior to jetting off to Tahiti, the star celebrated at an “epic surprise party” thrown by her mother and sisters, wearing yet another vintage designer ensemble: a shimmering gold Dolce & Gabbana minidress, which she paired with matching crystal-embellished René Caovilla sandals ($1,130) that coiled around her calves.

As Page Six exclusively reported, Kardashian spent $1 million on her birthday getaway, chartering an 88-seat Boeing 777 to fly her friends and family — including sisters Kourtney, Khloé and Kendall, brother Rob, husband Kanye West and mom Kris Jenner — to The Brando, a luxurious private island resort. There, they enjoyed “lavish dinner after dinner, spa treatments and hikes through the nature sanctuary,” according to a source.

While the birthday girl told her fans that all guests had undergone “multiple health screens” and quarantined prior to the trip, that didn’t stop social media users from slamming her posted photos as tone-deaf and insensitive amid the coronavirus pandemic.
