“You put somebody else way before your needs and I think it gives you a different drive in life. (True has) definitely made me softer,” she said on “The View” on Wednesday, jokingly adding that she now has “so much more empathy for my poor mother [Kris Jenner] and what she’s gone through with all of us.”

She continued, “It’s a different kind of love, and until you have a child it’s really hard to experience. I’ve loved my nieces and nephews like crazy, but there’s nothing like having your own.”

Kardashian continues to amicably co-parent her 2-year-old with ex Tristan Thompson. The pair split after Thompson hooked up with Kylie Jenner’s former best friend, Jordyn Woods.

On Kardashian’s birthday last month, the Cleveland Cavaliers player posted a sweet photo, writing, “I’m wise enough now to know, you came into my life to show me just what it means to be an incredible person. I appreciate how I am able to learn from and grow because of you. I thank God for the beautiful and loving woman you are to everyone, especially our daughter True. You deserve the world Koko! True and I love you mama. Happy Birthday”

And the “Revenge Body” star continued the good vibes commenting: “Awww this is sweet!! Thank you TT 🙏🏽🙏🏽.”
