Katie Couric has some suggestions for Apple TV’s “The Morning Show.”

The Jennifer Aniston and Reese Witherspoon-starring series — which is based on Brian Stelter’s book about the morning show wars, called “Top of the Morning” — is rumored to be about Katie Couric, Matt Lauer and more key players in the business. Aniston’s character, Alex Levy, is said to be based on Couric during her time on the “Today” show, while co-star Steve Carell’s character — who is embroiled in a sexual misconduct scandal — is thought to be based on since-fired Matt Lauer, though the cast has firmly maintained that he’s based on a mix of powerful men in media.

Couric, 63, hasn’t spoken publicly about the show, which debuted last year, until now.

“I have so many thoughts … I thought some of it was really interesting, and i think the long-term impact and the serious devastation that results from certain behaviors was quite well represented, or quite well conveyed in that,” Couric said on the podcast “Everything Iconic with Danny Pellegrino.”

“I think Jennifer Aniston is great. … I wish they had made her more charismatic because I think you need a certain ebullience to pull off a show like that,” Couric continued.

Couric said she didn’t want to dish too much on her thoughts because she’ll be detailing them more in her forthcoming memoir, which is slated for a 2021 release.

“I thought it was really interesting to watch,” she shared with Pellegrino, “… but it was very interesting for me to watch, I’ll just leave it at that.”

A source previously told The Post that Couric was penning a memoir because “she can’t get a job on TV.” Having worked at ABC, NBC and CBS, “She’s burned so many bridges,” the source said.

Couric’s memoir will detail her experience working with now-disgraced Lauer on “Today,” her rivalry with ABC’s Diane Sawyer and, according to Little, Brown, “the time a high-ranking executive commented on her breast size in front of the top brass during an editorial meeting.”
