She was there to refute testimony that Depp pushed Moss down the stairs when the two dated in the 1990s.

“I know the truth about Johnny,” Moss told the Desert Island Discs, according to the Sunday Times. “I had to say that truth.”

Moss also said in the interview that she believes in "fairness and justice." This is what the Times says.

Moss's testimony was one of the most talked-about parts of the six-week trial that made headlines and ended with a mostly positive verdict for Depp.

She said in court that she fell down a flight of stairs while leaving a hotel in Jamaica during a rainstorm. She said that Depp came running back and carried her to her room.

From 1994 to 1997, Depp, who is now 59, was with Moss.

Moss also talked about a time when she was just 15 years old and a photographer asked her to take off her top during a photo shoot. She said “I could feel there was something wrong, so I got my stuff and I ran away.”
