Kaia Gerber celebrated turning 19 on Thursday by posting a NSFW photo to her Instagram, wearing nothing but a pair of thigh-high black patent leather boots.

The saucy pic is from Gerber’s Vogue Japan September cover story, for which she channeled “Bad Sandy” from “Grease” in a lace bodysuit and leather leggings with a a dramatic smokey eye and red lipstick.

Inside the mag’s pages, she bared her breasts, wearing just a Saint Laurent corset and oversized coat with the same boots.

“She’s barely legal,” makeup artist Sam Visser commented on Gerber’s birthday post. “Baby K!!,” friend and fellow model Karlie Kloss wrote, while Lena Dunham said, “Happy birthday queen.”

Gigi Hadid, Emily Ratajkowski, Alexander Wang, Hailey Baldwin, Bella Hadid and more also wished the young model a happy birthday.
