Hartley, 43, was photographed on Thursday kissing Pernas, 30, as she dropped him off at the Southern California Orthopedic Institute, TMZ reported.

Hartley appeared on the popular soap opera from 2014-2016, while Pernas joined the show in 2015 and stayed for a year.

The actor filed for divorce from Stause in November 2019 after two years of marriage, citing irreconcilable differences as the reason for their split.

Coincidentally, Hartley also met Stause during his young and/or restless days; the actress appeared on the show in 2016.

In a new teaser for the Netflix reality show “Selling Sunset,” Stause says she was “shocked” when Hartley filed for divorce.

“I love him so much. This was my best friend. Who do I talk to now?” she says in the clip.

Hartley and Stause tied the knot in 2017 after three years of dating. He was previously married to “Passions” actress Lindsay Korman, with whom he shares a 15-year-old daughter.

Reps for Hartley and Pernas did not immediately return our request for comment.
