        <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Looking good!</p><p>Jon Bon Jovi, 58, showed off some buff biceps while going for a morning run this week in the Hamptons, where he has a mansion.</p><p>The New Jersey-born rock star previously opened up about his fitness regimen <strong>to Men’s Health</strong>, explaining that he runs at least six days a week, lifts weights and mixes it up with other workouts.</p><p>&#8220;I was doing workout 101 for years: treadmill, elliptical, weights. Now I&#8217;m going to do yoga and enjoy it. I&#8217;m a 21st-century man,&#8221; he said.</p><p>It’s a busy time for the “Livin’ on a Prayer” singer. Next month will see the release of the band’s 15th album, aptly titled “<strong>Bon Jovi 2020</strong>.”</p><p>The band said the album will delve into “tough topics such as gun control, veterans’ issues, politics, the meaning of family, and much more,” <strong>according to Rolling Stone</strong>.</p>]]></content:encoded>
