Preston’s death certificate revealed the actress died at her family’s Florida home following a secret battle with breast cancer. Travolta was the first to reveal his wife’s death on July 12 at the age of 57.

“She fought a courageous fight with the love and support of so many. Kelly’s love and life will always be remembered,” the actor wrote. Daughter Ella also penned a lengthy dedication to her mother, calling the “Jerry McGuire” actress “courageous, strong,” and “beautiful.”

“Anyone who is lucky enough to have known you or to have ever been in your presence will agree that you have a glow and a light that never ceases to shine and that makes anyone around you feel instantly happy,” Ella wrote. “Thank you for being there for me no matter what.
