Combs, 50, told Lopez, 50, on Instagram Live that he “wanted to dedicate” a song to her. He then played Elvis Crespo’s “Suavemente,” which prompted the pair to start dancing salsa on camera.

“I probably taught you that,” Lopez, who is of Puerto Rican-descent, told the music mogul of his moves. The two dated from 1999 to 2001.

The “Love Don’t Cost a Thing” singer’s current fiancé, Alex “A-Rod” Rodriguez, 44, later joined the livestream.

The group shared kind words about the “heroes” who are working to help those fighting COVID-19.

“I’m a single father of six, and there are so many healthcare workers that are going and risking their lives, not seeing their families,” Combs said. “Especially from where we are from, the Bronx, Harlem, the inner-city communities…that’s why we’re donating, to make sure that it goes to the inner-city communities.”

Rodriguez, 44, added that they “owe” it to those workers to make donations, saying, “This is not something that we should be celebrated for. This is our duty because God has put us in a position to be able to help and give back, and that’s what we’re doing.”

Lopez then revealed that her current beau is a die-hard fan of her old beau.

“This guy right here is your biggest fan from the Bad Boy era,” she told Combs. “You and Mase are like his heroes. Every party we do…it’s like, ‘Put on Puffy and Mase.’”

“I appreciate the love, A-Rod,” Diddy said in response, and played his 1997 hit song, “Been Around the World,” to close out the chat.

Aside from Lopez and Rodriguez, Combs was also joined by stars including Lizzo, Drake, Maluma, Rita Wilson, Lala Anthony, Usher and more.

Fans were encouraged to make donations to TeamLove.com, a non-profit that “rushes critical medicines and requested supplies to communities affected by poverty or emergencies throughout the world.”

According to the organization’s website, they have raised $3,725,72 to date.
