        <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Jane Fonda may <strong>never buy a new item</strong> of clothing again, but she&#8217;s officially the face of Gucci.</p><p>The &#8220;Grace &amp; Frankie&#8221; star, 82, joins &#8220;Old Town Road&#8221; singer Lil Nas X, singer King Princess, Japanese artist Miyavi and environmentalist David de Rothschild in an ad campaign for the Italian high fashion brand&#8217;s new &#8220;Off the Grid&#8221; collection.</p><p>The collection, which is the first from Gucci&#8217;s Circular Lines initiative that calls for circular production, uses recycled, organic, bio-based and sustainably sourced materials.</p><p>Lil Nas X models <strong>a shoulder bag</strong> ($1,190) and <strong>black high top sneakers</strong> ($730) while Fonda sports <strong>an oversized yellow tote</strong> ($1,690) and matching<strong> yellow sneakers</strong> ($690).</p><p>The collection speaks to Fonda&#8217;s mission in climate activism; the actress has re-worn many gowns on the red carpet after <strong>vowing to stop shopping</strong> and decrease waste. She was also <strong>arrested</strong> more than three times during her Friday Fire Drill climate protests.</p>]]></content:encoded>
