Dr. Paul Nassif and Dr. Terry Dubrow — alongside his wife, former “Real Housewives of Orange County” star Heather Dubrow — shared their tips for staying sane with Page Six.

Nassif, 57, revealed that he’s been doing plenty of Skype consultations while in his pajama pants. He’s also been spending plenty of time with his dog, Sharky, and working out at his home gym.

He also expects to be able to resume surgeries as soon as he is given the go-ahead.

Meanwhile, Dubrow, 61, is busy avoiding carbs and Heather, 51, is celebrating that it’s “five o’clock somewhere” (most likely with her beloved champs).

The couple rescued two puppies and they’re homeschooling their four children as well.

Both men will most likely be watching “Botched” when it returns to E! on Monday at 9 p.m. ET.
