“I mean, any dramatic change like that is going to be a major shift, but it’s how you pivot and it’s how you find silver linings,” the “Today” show lifestyle contributor told Page Six via Zoom this week. “I really spiritually believe in timing. I believe in resets. I believe in giving yourself time to heal, and this has been such an incredible time to pivot.”

Martin, 44, exclusively confirmed to Page Six in May that she and Brooks had ended their engagement amid the coronavirus pandemic. They got engaged in the Hamptons in May 2019 after dating for about two years.

The QVC star, who is adding hand sanitizer to her Potion 54 collection in a couple of weeks amid the ongoing pandemic, said quarantining with her family has made her reevaluate her priorities.

“I like who I am now. I like this slower Jill. I have time for myself, and I’ve been able to recalibrate my life and re-time it in a way,” she told us. “It’s been a time of healing, but really, it’s been a time of looking forward and also enjoying the present and being able to be around my family.”

Martin and her family are preparing celebrate her brother’s wedding on Friday.

“Any dramatic change in your life like that is going to be impactful of course, but I immediately pivoted into daughter, niece, sister, wedding planner,” she said of her breakup from Brooks.

The family is also thankful for her 83-year-old Uncle Jerry’s miraculous recovery from COVID-19 after being placed on a ventilator.

“Overall, it’s been a remarkable experience,” she told us. “I think it’s been life-changing in a really beautiful way. I was affected from the very beginning in a very dramatic way, so I’ve taken [this pandemic] super seriously. …There hasn’t been anything but how lucky we are for my uncle.”

Uncle Jerry remains hospitalized but has been FaceTiming and calling Martin and her family frequently.
