The former “Vanderpump Rules” star, 31, welcomed her son Marcio Rock Marchena III in February and is already anticipating on having conversations about race and racism with him as he grows up.

Stowers, who is black, told Page Six in a recent interview that her son’s father is Guatemalan and black, and so far the “conversation has been really easy to have” about how they’ll discuss race with their child.

“I think it’ll get easy as he gets older because that’s what I’m fighting for now, so the conversation could get easier,” Stowers told us. “Right now, it’s tough for people to have conversations with their kids about this, especially when it’s racial profiling out there. People are calling the cops on, you know, people are calling for absolutely no reason, as you can see.”

Former “Vanderpump Rules” stars Kristen Doute and Stassi Schroeder were fired from the show shortly after Stowers recounted how the duo called the police on her in 2018 to investigate her for a crime she did not commit. Schroeder later bragged about the behavior on a podcast that has since been deleted.

Stowers shared her excitement about Governor Cuomo’s proposed “Amy Cooper bill”, which would make it a hate crime for 911 callers to make a false accusation based on race, gender or religion in the state of New York. She is optimistic it will pass.

“So hopefully when that bill passes, it’ll be a lot easier for my son to feel comfortable in society now and it’ll be easier for me to be comfortable for him to grow up in a world that, you know, won’t judge him by the color of his skin or because he’s mixed. So that’s what I’m fighting for,” she said.

The new mom hopes that by her discussing her experiences with racism in such a public way, her son “learns to speak up.”

“I didn’t think my life would get this much attention,” she told us. “I actually spoke about this two years ago when it happened to me and no one cared. So I think that it’s really good to see that America and the rest of the world is ready for change and I think now is the time to speak up. As you can see, people are following in the steps now that I’ve created and are speaking up now. And I’m seeing a lot of reality stars even speaking their piece.”
