        <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Dakota Johnson opened up about how she has been coping with her depression while in isolation during the coronavirus pandemic.</p><p>&#8220;You are at home, you&#8217;re not with your friends, you&#8217;re not with your family, you are not able to do the things that make you feel worthwhile,&#8221; Johnson, 30, <strong>recently told Extra</strong>. &#8220;You&#8217;re kind of in this costume of depression.&#8221;</p><p>&#8220;Right now, there&#8217;s also immense pain and sadness ricocheting around the world constantly so it&#8217;s hard to feel totally positive all day, every day when the world is sad, it’s dangerous and it’s scary and it’s lonely,” she added.</p><p>The &#8220;Fifty Shades of Grey&#8221; actress said she manages her depression by staying active.</p><p>“Meditation or going for a walk, being kind to your body &#8230; Those little things make a difference ultimately.&#8221;</p><p>Johnson also added that she likes to keep herself entertained and busy.</p><p>“I&#8217;ve been reading a lot and watching a lot of movies and working on production stuff, trying to be productive,&#8221; she said.</p><p>Johnson has struggled with depression since her early teen years and<strong> revealed in an interview for Marie Claire&#8217;s summer 2020 issue</strong>&nbsp;that she finds her depression to be &#8220;beautiful.&#8221;</p>]]></content:encoded>
