Hilaria Baldwin is pregnant with her rainbow baby, but she is still grieving the child that she lost.

The fitness instructor, 36, posted a heartbreaking tribute to the daughter she lost after suffering a miscarriage in November, captioning a video of white flowers blowing in the wind on Thursday: “Today was your due date and we wanted to meet you so much. I have been afraid of this day to come—but it is here and I will be brave. You were so loved and you always will be. I think of you every day and I wish so much that our path had been different. Mommy loves you, my sweet girl.”

Hilaria, who is currently quarantining in East Hampton, N.Y, with husband Alec Baldwin and their four children — had been four months pregnant when she miscarried, and she previously lost another baby when she was 10 weeks along in April 2019.

The “Mom Brain” podcast host detailed her pain in an essay for Glamour, writing: “As soon as the sonogram image appeared on the screen, I saw that my baby had died. There was no movement, no heartbeat. She was crumpled up, lifeless in my womb. I began to cry … I can’t remember much except that I got dressed, thanked everyone for their care, and asked for permission to go. I just began walking.”

She wrote that sharing helped her come to terms with what happened. Still, the couple was determined to grow their family and announced earlier this month that they are expecting again.

Hilaria has been open about her current pregnancy, announcing on Instagram Sunday that she is halfway through. The couple share daughter Carmen, 6, and sons Romeo, 2, Leonardo, 3, and Rafael, 4. Alec, 62, also has 24-year-old daughter Ireland from his first wife Kim Basinger.
