Prince Charles has revealed an unexpected pleasure to while away his coronavirus lockdown boredom — watching silly online videos.

The 71-year-old heir to the UK throne — who survived his own COVID-19 infection — told Country Life magazine that the trying times in social isolation had shown “the very best use of technology.”

He praised it for “allowing us to keep working, but also to keep in touch through virtual parties, games, singing — and some of the funniest videos I have seen for a long time!”

“In such testing times, it is reassuring to see that adversity is bringing out the very best in people,” he added.

The Prince of Wales did not reveal which sites he preferred for his viral content, nor whether he had his own TikTok account.

Charles is understood to have had a Zoom video chat Tuesday with his mother, Queen Elizabeth II, to celebrate her 94th birthday as she remains quarantined in Windsor Castle while he is in his Scottish estate, Birkhall, with his wife Camilla, the Duchess of Cornwall.
