        <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Rupert Grint can cry all the way to Gringotts Wizarding Bank because it turns out he&#8217;s a property tycoon.</p><p>Grint, who played Harry’s best pal Ron Weasley in the series, is a savvy property investor who is quickly building quite the portfolio.</p><p>The 31-year-old, who earned over $53 million from the film franchise, is raking it in through his investments. His company Clay 10 Ltd, is worth over $26 million according to <strong>the Daily Mail</strong> and the company’s assets have posted a nearly $4 million gain in the last two years.</p><p>“Rupert’s become a real property magnate and has been working his magic on building his empire,” a source told <strong>The Sun.</strong></p><p>“His portfolio is worth around £24million ($31,894,680.00 U.S) now and he&#8217;s growing it all the time. He has started three property businesses which are all bringing in a tidy sum.&#8221;</p><p>The “Servant” actor, who also has another company called Oneonesix Development, has been purchasing properties outside London. He has snapped up homes in Hertfordshire, his hometown, and Luton.</p><p>He recently <strong>welcomed his first child</strong>, a daughter, with girlfriend Georgia Groome.</p>]]></content:encoded>
