Mattingly, 33, who was found dead in her Austin, Texas, home in April, put a handgun in her mouth and pulled the trigger, according to the Travis County Medical Examiner’s Office’s report, obtained by TMZ.

The report also includes toxicology results indicating Mattingly had opiates and benzos in her system when she died.

Her family previously told TMZ she had been struggling with substance abuse and alcohol abuse and was trying to get better.

The family claims the state’s shelter-in-place order during the coronavirus crisis was an additional burden for Mattingly, who recently adopted a 9-month-old puppy “to help with her loneliness.”

Mattingly was Playboy’s Miss March in 2011.
