While many have posted messages of support amid the global protests following the deaths of George Floyd and Breonna Taylor, activists and fans are calling on companies to put their money where their mouth is.

Beloved by the Kardashians and more, the brow-focused beauty company is pledging $1 million toward the fight against systemic racism, starting with a donation of $100,000 across Black Lives Matter, The Innocence Project, the NAACP Legal Defense and Education Fund, Black Visions Collective and The Marshall Project. The company also said it plans to announce initiatives to support black-owned businesses and artists in the beauty industry.
