Two of the sources were worried about the safety of the children, who are between 1 and 5 years old. They said that guns were lying around the house, which is on the "Fantastic Beasts" star's 96-acre property in Stamford, Vt.

Rolling Stone says it looked at April video footage that seemed to show at least eight assault weapons, rifles, and handguns all over the living room of the house. Some of the guns were even propped up next to stuffed animals, the magazine says.

One source said that the 1-year-old girl once picked up a bullet that was lying around and put it in her mouth.

Also, both sources said that the adults use marijuana heavily and often in front of the kids. The news source says that Miller's property has a large cannabis farm that isn't one of the 25 licensed growers in the state.

The 25-year-old woman and her two children have been living on the "Perks of Being a Wallflower" star's property since the middle of April, when they met in Hilo, Hawaii.

But the mother says that neither she nor her children are in danger. In fact, she told the outlet that Miller helped her get away from a "violent and abusive ex" and gave her "a safe place for [her] three very young children."

According to Rolling Stone, the mother of the children sued the father of the children for domestic abuse and paternity in Hawaii last May. The domestic abuse case was dropped when neither parent showed up to court. The father denies all charges of abuse.

In October 2021, the judge put the paternity case on hold because the father hadn't been served. After the mother left the state with the children in April, he later filed a domestic case against her. Case is still going on.

The children's father says that Miller, who calls themselves "non-binary" and uses the pronouns "they" and "them," flew the woman and the three kids to his home in Vermont without telling him. He told Rolling Stone that since then, he hasn't been able to see or talk to his kids.

“I got a bad feeling in my stomach,” the father, who was not identified by name, said. “I do want to go get my kids, they mean the f–king world to me.”

Around the middle of May, he called the Vermont Department for Children and Families (DCF) and the local police to check on the health of his children.

According to text messages that Rolling Stone looked at, on May 16, a social worker went to Miller's farm and told the father that his kids "looked good," but that she thought they had "more work to do."

This is just the most recent bad thing that has happened to Miller this year.

Parents of an 18-year-old in North Dakota who were worried about their child accused the "Justice League" star of grooming their child with "cult-like" and "psychologically manipulative" actions earlier this month. The teen strongly denied this.

The next week, a worried parent in Massachusetts said that Miller had treated their 12-year-old child in a bad way.

The Daily Beast says that both the parent and the child were given a temporary restraining order against the actor "without any advance notice" because the court found that there was a "substantial likelihood" that they would be harassed right away.

Miller was also arrested more than once in Hawaii in March and April. At first, he was charged with disorderly conduct and harassment, and then he was charged with second-degree assault.

In 2022, a video appeared that seemed to show the actor choking a fan in a bar in Reykjavik, Iceland. This caused another scandal.
