Well, 2020 has been quite the year, but for Chris Pratt and his ex-wife, Anna Faris, a small reprieve just arrived, in the form of an accepted offer on their marital home, the Los Angeles Times reported.

About two years ago, Pratt and Faris listed their 4,700-square-foot home in the Hollywood Hills West neighborhood for $5 million, at around the time they finalized their divorce. It looks as if it’s finally off the market and out of their lives for good.

The couple purchased the property in 2014 for $3.3 million, and while they were living there, they sank quite a bit of cash into renovations.

Both Pratt and Faris have moved onto new relationships, and now they can finally leave this piece of their shared history behind as well. Although they sold for a little less than their asking price, they’ll presumably net a little cash, since the home sold for $4.75 million.

The Mediterranean-style home, which was built in 1979, offers four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The floor plan is open and inviting, with a neutral palette and an abundance of windows.

Enter into a turreted foyer with vaulted ceilings. The updated kitchen, with a breakfast nook, overlooks the pool. A separate sitting room comes with a wet bar. The layout also includes formal living and dining rooms and an office.

Upstairs, the master suite is roomy and inviting, offering sitting space as well as a fireplace, dual custom closets, a balcony and a large en suite bathroom complete with soaking tub, steam room and dressing counter.

The property is gated, with an abundance of tall trees and lush landscaping — a secluded oasis in the City of Angels.

Taking full advantage of LA’s year-round sunshine, the home also includes a saltwater pool and spa, and an expanse of covered patios for enjoying the outdoors. A summer kitchen rounds out the space, making it a fully functioning outdoor entertainment spot.

There’s also a lighted tennis court and a pavilion that was being used as a gym. We can think of no better setting in which to complete a few reps.

Pratt cemented his status as a leading man with roles in such blockbuster hits as “The Lego Movie” and “Guardians of the Galaxy.” He’s since gone on to star in the “Avengers” franchise, as well as the “Jurassic World” movies.

Faris has starred in the “Scary Movie” series, and voiced “The Emoji Movie” and the “Alvin and the Chipmunks” franchise. She recently ended seven seasons starring in the hit CBS sitcom “Mom.”

Billy Rose with The Agency represented the sellers. Carole Solomon with Pacific Playa Realty represented the buyer.
