“Forrest got a bug bite on his hiney and after a few days somehow it turned into a staph which turned into a boil!” Jessie, 32, revealed on Instagram on Tuesday. “It was like a golf ball it was so hard and he was in so much pain.”

The concerned mom, who shares two other young children with Eric, posted a photo of her toddler eating a popsicle in his hospital bed.

“He got a very high fever and we had to take him to the emergency room late night,” she shared. “Obviously with covid only I could I go in with him. They had to sedate him and cut it open and get it all out.”

Jessie said her 2-year-old handled it “like a champ,” but she was sad to see him in pain.

“I could not believe this happened,” she added. “It was such a freak thing. He got in an antiobiotic and that helped big time.”

Jessie’s rep told Page Six on Wednesday that Forrest is now out of the hospital.

“He was treated and released,” the insider said. “He’s home and doing well.”

Former “Bachelorette” Ali Fedotowsky, who is also a mom, empathized with Jessie, commenting that “to have to go to the hospital with everything going on with Covid it must’ve been really hard.” She added, “So glad he is OK!”

Meanwhile, Eric posted a photo with Forrest at the beach, and wrote, “Raaarrrrrrrrr!”

Jessie and Eric wed in 2013. They also share a 6-year-old daughter, Vivianne, and 4-year-old son, Eric II.
