Matthew David Hughes, 27, appeared in court this week for allegedly breaking into Slim Shady’s home in Clinton Township, Michigan, the hearing was told Tuesday that he woke the star and told him he was there to kill him.

Now it has emerged Hughes allegedly made an earlier attempt, trying to find the rapper in two properties in June 2019 — one of which had once been the “8 Mile” star’s old home, TMZ said, citing police reports.

Ring doorbell footage obtained by the site shows the ginger-bearded alleged intruder calmly waiting outside one of the properties before his early-hours arrest last year, TMZ said.

He started by throwing a rock through the window of a house in Rochester Hills at 2 a.m. — telling the owner he was “looking for his brother, Marshall,” TMZ said.

He then moved on to Eminem’s old house in Oakland Township, ringing the bell and asking where the rapper was, the report said.

Hughes wandered off after being told the rapper no longer lived there — but cops later found him hiding under a bed on the second floor of the property’s gatehouse.

Hughes was arrested for breaking and entering and malicious destruction of property, TMZ said. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail and fines totaling nearly $1,400, later getting arrested for failing to pay them on time.

Hughes has been in custody since his latest alleged break-in in April, charged with first-degree home invasion and malicious destruction of property.

The rapper — whose hit, “Stan,” is about an obsessed fan — was not in court Wednesday. Hughes is due to have a Sept. 28 arraignment in Macomb County Circuit Court.
