“It’s a lot of really getting to know me in a different way that people never have before,” Carnage told Page Six over the phone Thursday. “[Fans] are going to see just how normal of a person I am.”

He added, “I’m not Mr. Perfect. I’m not a superhero. I just try to be the best person I can [be].”

The documentary explores Carnage’s journey to stardom, as well as his political efforts, his extensive travels, and his connection to his Hispanic roots.

The EDM star, 29, chose to release the footage during the pandemic to help bring joy to his fans.

“With everyone being home right now, people need things that are going to uplift them,” he said. “I think this is the perfect time.”

The documentary also includes never-before-seen footage of Mac Miller and Avicii, who both died in 2018.

“Even now when I watch the video over and over again, those parts of the film are always my favorite,” he told us. “These guys … I really value their art, what they created. The fact that we became so close means so much to me because they were legends.”
