        <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Giants cornerback DeAndre Baker entered pleas of not guilty on all eight charges against him.</p><p>Baker’s attorney, Bradford Cohen, filed the written pleas to Broward County Circuit Court Monday afternoon.</p><p>Baker, 22, is facing four counts of armed robbery with a firearm and four counts of aggravated assault stemming from <strong>an alleged incident last Wednesday night</strong> at a house party in Miramar, Fla. Baker could be facing a mandatory minimum of 15 years in prison for each of the four armed robbery charges.</p><p>Baker <strong>spent Saturday night</strong> in the Miramar County jail, posted bond of $200,000 and <strong>was released Sunday</strong>.</p><p>Patrick Patel, Baker’s New Jersey-based personal attorney, <strong>told The Post on Monday</strong> “This case is going to be dismissed.&#8221;</p><p>The arrest warrant stated Baker and Seahawks cornerback Quinton Dunbar stole more than $12,000 in cash and expensive watches and that Baker pointed a gun at a victim and told an unidentified masked assailant to shoot someone walking into the party.</p><p>Patel said none of this happened, that all four victims recanted their statements to police and Baker will be vindicated.</p><p>“They’re ruining this kid for no reason at all, other than he was an easy mark,&#8221; Patel said. “I believe this is an extortion to try to get money from him.&#8221;</p>]]></content:encoded>
