On Nov. 5, Dale Moss proposed to “The Bachelorette” star Clare Crawley.

It was just the fourth episode of the 16th season of ABC’s hit show, but who’s counting?

Moss, a former NFL wide receiver and ex-Wilhelmina model, was then spotted house hunting with his broker, fellow reality TV star Ryan Serhant, of “Million Dollar Listing New York.”

One spot they toured late last week was an eighth-floor unit at 196 Orchard St. in the Lower East Side that is asking $6.5 million.

The 2,184-square-foot unit comes with three bedrooms, 3½ bathrooms — and a 1,634-square-foot terrace. (“They both really want outdoor space,” Serhant tells Gimme.)

Inside features wide-plank white oak floors, casement windows and an open living room, dining room and chef’s kitchen. Building amenities include a common rooftop terrace with two outdoor kitchens and city views.

There’s also private storage, a bike room and an Equinox gym that’s open. The listing brokers for 196 Orchard are Nest Seekers International’s Nathan Frank and Jennifer Alese and Serhant, who now runs his own real estate venture.

The last time we chronicled Moss’s home search two years ago, he was checking out a $19.25 million penthouse at 180 Sixth Ave. in Soho. The unit finally sold last year for $13.5 million.
