On Monday, the model and mogul shared her complete skincare routine with her fans on Instagram, posting a selfie video along with a breakdown of the exact lotions and potions she puts on her face.

“For you kind folks asking me to drop the skincare regimen, I will admit I am def proud of my skin lately and feeling myself!” Teigen, 34, began her caption, crediting celebrity facialist Shani Darden for “forcing” her to use effective products.

The “Cravings” author kicks things off with iS Clinical Cleansing Complex ($44) as well as the brand’s face lotion, likely its Moisturizing Complex ($89). “The iS Clinical cleanser and the lotion is the only thing I use consistently and they’ve always been so good to me,” she explained of her two essentials. “Everything else is just a bonus.”

Next, it’s on to sunscreen — Teigen prefers Control Corrective SPF 30 ($38) — and two pricey products from Hollywood favorite La Mer, the Crème de la Mer Moisturizer (a 3.4-ounce tub costs $510) and its restorative treatment serum, The Concentrate ($370). “$$, I know I know but I gotta be honest,” the star joked.

Not all of Teigen’s picks are splurges, however; she also said she relies on “a steady stream” of Bioré’s Deep Cleansing Pore Strips ($9.99), an affordable blackhead-busting staple you can pick up at any drugstore.

When she’s “feeling icks,” Teigen turns to Dr. Simon Ourian’s Restoration Firm and Fade Crème — which is no longer available, but originally retailed for $350. She also incorporates “anything” plastic surgeon to the stars Dr. Jason Diamond recommends.

Finally, the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit beauty reaches for Dr. Dennis Gross Skincare Alpha Beta Extra Strength Daily Peel ($150) — “one of my most important products,” she said. “So important for on and around my nose and chin. You’ll notice a HUGE difference!!”
