Your parents must be so proud of you,&#8221; Evans said in a message, <strong>which was shared by Bridger&#8217;s aunt</strong>.</p><p>He said he&#8217;d send Bridger, who is a huge superhero fan, &#8220;an authentic Captain America shield &#8212; because pal, you deserve it.&#8221;</p><p>The battered boy, who can&#8217;t smile yet because of his injuries, was transfixed as he watched the recording, perking up with every word.</p><p>&#8220;Keep being the man you are, we need people like you,&#8221; Evans said. &#8220;Hang in there, I know recovery might be tough, but based on what I&#8217;ve seen, I don&#8217;t think there&#8217;s much that can slow you down.&#8221;</p><p>Evans wasn&#8217;t the only star moved by Bridger&#8217;s heroic actions.</p><p>Mark Ruffalo (who has played the Hulk), Tom Holland (Spider-Man) and Hugh Jackman (Wolverine) have all reached out to the young fan as he recovers from the brutal attack, the family said.</p>]]></content:encoded>
