Chris Burch — the billionaire investor and former husband of designer Tory Burch — has sold his sprawling Southampton home for $18 million, sources told Page Six.

We’d previously reported that he was renting out the home on exclusive First Neck Lane from May 1 to July 31 for $425,000. The sale comes as wealthy New Yorkers fled to the Hamptons during the height of the pandemic — and are now staying put.

The home has nine bedrooms and 11 bathrooms, a library, landscaped gardens, a tennis court and a pool with a guest house.

Burch has been spending time in Miami Beach, where he bought a seven-bedroom mansion built in 1936 for $14.2 million earlier this year. But we hear he’s now searching for another Hamptons property that’s on the water.

His rep confirmed the sale, but would not comment on any price.

Burch is also a partner with Miami mega-developer Alan Faena on various projects.
