“We do [see them],” Bryan, 43, told the “As Not Seen on TV” podcast. “When we were doing the Vegas run and I was going back and forth, I was working with Caesars Entertainment at the time, and Britney and I lived together for that four-year run. So I had the boys there pretty much every other weekend. I got to see them a lot then; now I don’t get to see them as much.”

Bryan said that the boys are currently with their father, Kevin Federline, 42, and that they are “good” and “growing.” He described the relationship as being “somewhat [in touch],” adding that he mostly sees Federline at “family engagements or if the kids are doing something.”

The news comes after a week during which Spears’ fans rallied on Twitter under the hashtag “#EndTheConservatorship.” Her sister, Jamie Lynn, 29, was moved to defend Spears’ mental health on Instagram this week as well, calling Britney “a strong, badass, unstoppable woman.”

Spears has been under the conservatorship since 2008. Her father, Jamie Spears, was in charge of her personal and financial decisions until last September when he stepped down due to health concerns. Jodi Pais Montgomery is currently serving as Spears’ conservator until Aug. 22, though things are still in the family: Her mom, Lynne Spears, filed legal documents last week petitioning to be included in all future conservatorship decisions.

In March, Jayden went on a profane rant against Jamie on Instagram, saying, “He’s a pretty big d–k. He’s pretty f–king gay as s–t. He can go die.” In September 2019, Federline had accused Jamie of abusing Sean, though no criminal charges were filed. 

Jayden’s tirade was “the result of a 13-year-old acting like a 13-year-old,” Los Angeles family law attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan told Page Six exclusively at the time. “Kevin is handling it like a responsible parent.”
