He sent her to the “nut” house.

Super producer Brian Grazer’s ex-wife says he once sent her on a private jet to a rehab facility to get treatment for an addiction — to almonds.

“Brian thought I was losing too much weight, or had lost too much weight since I had a baby,” writer Gigi Levangie tells Page Six of the episode, which happened 14 years ago. “I’ve always been lean and muscular, but we were having marital troubles, so I went along with it — and besides, I’d never been on a private jet by myself.”

She added, “I got to Tucson [where the facility was based], and I did not have an eating disorder, but I was curious about what this clinic was — they were kind of confused by me.”

Levangie — who divorced the “Beautiful Mind” producer in 2009 — retells the tale in her new novel “Been There, Married That.” A character based on herself, Agnes Murphy Nash, also undergoes the odd treatment.

In the book, Agnes ends up giving advice to a number of patients who have been given bizarre diagnoses.

In another moment in the book, an A-list couple wants to buy the character’s home — but insists on staying there for a weekend before sealing the deal, and then ends up stealing all the linens, towels and a piano.

Levangie tells us this tale is also bizarrely based on a true story — but declined to tell us who the couple is.

It’s a matter of public record that Ben Affleck and ex-wife Jennifer Garner bought the Grazers’ Pacific Palisades, Calif., home for $17.6 million in 2009 — although we can’t confirm they were the couple in question.

Mom-of-two Levangie — who also wrote “A Starter Wife” — is now happily remarried and remains friendly with Grazer. But she said, “I have no idea if he’s read the book — he didn’t show up at the book signing!”

She’s now writing a pilot after the book was optioned by Warner Bros.
