Billie Eilish has filed for a restraining order against a fan who allegedly stalked her at her parent’s house during quarantine.

Page Six obtained documents that show the 18-year-old singer filed a petition for civil harassment prevention at the Stanley Mosk Courthouse on Monday against Prenell Rousseau.

According to TMZ, Rousseau, 24, allegedly showed up at Eilish’s parents house for the first time last Monday and asked if the “Bad Guy” singer lived there.

Eilish’s father reportedly told Rousseau he had the wrong house, but the alleged stalker returned at 9 p.m. that night and exhibited “erratic behavior.”

“While we waited for security, Mr. Rousseau remained on our porch, sat down and began to read a book, while also continuing to engage in a periodic monologue,” Eilish said, according to TMZ. “My father repeatedly asked him to leave, but he refused …”

The pop star alleged that Rousseau visited her parent’s house seven times, often without a face mask, gloves and without using proper social distancing guidelines.

TMZ said Rousseau was taken into custody twice, but never booked into jail because he had not committed a violent offense.

We learned a restraining order hearing is set to take place on June 1.

Los Angeles courthouses are currently working under restricted guidelines due to the coronavirus pandemic. A press release on May 9 said the Court is “only handling essential, time-sensitive proceedings” and has “implemented the use of remote appearance technology and established customer service call centers to provide alternatives to coming to courthouses.”

Reps and attorneys for Eilish did not immediately return our request for comment.
