Surfing enthusiast Bethenny Frankel hit the beach in the Hamptons on Tuesday to catch some waves. The former “Real Housewives of New York City” star, 49, put her fit physique on display in a wetsuit while an instructor guided her during her time out in the ocean.

When she wasn’t in the water, Frankel wore a vibrant one-piece swimsuit to relax on the beach.

Frankel’s beach visit came days after she took to social media to blast trolls who accused her of getting plastic surgery to look younger.

“The more I see photos on social media that are filtered, contoured, eyelashed, extensioned, & retouched – the more important it is to post #nofilter, real, everyday photos,” Frankel wrote. “I want to show our daughters (and sons) a realistic female image. #THISiswhatilooklike #thisisme #unfilteredselfie #noglam #workingmom.”

She is mom to 10-year-old daughter Bryn Hoppy.
